Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Café Attendant to assist guests with quick bites and beverages, knowing the menu and recipes, and upholding safety standards.

You will greet guests, recommend items, prepare food and drinks to standards, handle payments, and support opening, mid-day, or closing duties. This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to sanitation procedures in a lively entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Job Description: At Main Event, our Café Attendants provide exceptional experiences by assisting our Guests with selecting a quick bite to reenergize them for their next activity! As a Café Attendant, you know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re an expert on our recipes, operational standards, equipment and utensils. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
