• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions, ensure seasonality readiness and adhere to food safety standards and inventory control.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, assist with production decisions, and train team members on new tools.
• Be an Owner: Stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, assist customers with purchases and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate and help train others while maintaining a respectful, supportive team environment.
• Complies with company policies and implements action plans; uses Open Door Policy and follows business processes.
• Completes work by using data and resources, collaborating with managers and teammates, setting priorities and communicating progress.
