Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the specified time frame.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively and be flexible to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specs, plan for seasonal demand, maintain safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory and operate equipment.
• Be a Techie: use handheld technology to drive sales, manage orders, training and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as brand advocate, inspire others to work respectfully and cooperatively; help train colleagues.
• Comply with policies and ethics; complete tasks and communicate progress; adapt to change and feedback.
