Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Safety Certification (preferred)
• Food Service Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specs for prepared foods; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate associates on tools and resources.
• Be an Expert: prepare food per item specs; plan for seasonality and mass production; ensure food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience; use handheld tech for orders, training and product quality.
• Be an Owner: stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; assist members with purchases and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate and train others in respectful, team-oriented style.
• Complies with policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy; executes business processes.
• Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; communicates progress and adapts to change.
