Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older; Acknowledge requirement to complete trainings and assessments for the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards and inventory management.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and engage associates; uses handheld tech for decisions on production, ordering and training.
• Drives area performance: stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, resolving member issues and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Advocates the brand and supports training, while understanding roadblocks and helping others.
• Complies with policies and ethics; completes tasks by using data and resources; communicates progress and adapts to change.
