Job summary

Walmart in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a dedicated team member to handle prepared food merchandise, learn product specs, and support cross-functional colleagues.

You will prepare food to specifications, plan production for seasonal needs, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Handheld tech will be used to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience, while you stock, rotate and assist customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and assist cross-functional teams.
• Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future productions and seasonality.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, and assist members with purchases.
• Act as a brand ambassador and help train others in procedures and policies.
• Comply with policies and ethics standards and communicate progress and changes.
