Job summary

Pennoni, a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm, invites applicants for the survey/data processing role. You will handle daily survey data processing, including accuracy checks, deeds research, and map checks, while preparing plats and drawings and performing QA on outputs.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–7 years of work experience.
• Education: Associates Degree or High School / GED and equivalent experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency.

• Experience with Civil 3D and Carlson
• Perform deeds research, deed plotting and map checks.
• Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions
• Provide office support.
• Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings.
• Ensure schedules and productivity objectives are achieved.

Required Attributes

• Required education: Associates Degree or High school / GED and equivalent experience
• Minimum years of work experience: 4-7
• Computer skills required: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent computer and technical skills, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
• Proficient in technical math, including geometry and trigonometry
• Strong listening, writing, and verbal communications skills
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude

TARGET SALARY RANGE: $52,000-$80,000 per year based on experience
