Job summary

Wallace Architects is seeking a CADD Drafter Intern in Columbia, MO to support architectural drafting using Revit and AutoCAD. You will assist in creating and editing technical drawings, collaborate with architects, and help maintain project documentation while gaining hands-on experience on affordable, accessible housing projects.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in, or recent completion of, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of relevant coursework in CADD and/or Revit, with demonstrated aptitude; prior architectural, drafting or related internship experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of architectural drawing standards and a foundational understanding of building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines within a collaborative, team‑based environment with guidance from a designated lead.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow direction, and respond positively to supervision and constructive feedback.
