Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced CAD Technician in Doylestown Township to support its growing Water/Wastewater team. In this full-time role, you will develop detailed CAD drawings and produce full drawing packages for utility projects, requiring strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and 5+ years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with utility and pipeline design drafting.
• Experience creating alignments, profiles, and surfaces.
• Familiarity with national CAD standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

Job description

A well-established engineering firm is seeking an experienced CAD Technician to support a growing Water/Wastewater team. This is a full-time opportunity working on a diverse mix of infrastructure projects including utility pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities, along with municipal public works initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop detailed CAD drawings for water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater pipeline projects
• Produce full drawing packages including plans, profiles, sections, and details
• Build and manipulate surface models for site and linear design
• Draft mechanical piping layouts for pump stations and treatment facilities
• Coordinate with engineering staff to maintain project schedules and resolve design issues
• Assist in troubleshooting CAD-related challenges and improving internal workflows

What You Bring:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• 5+ years of experience with utility and pipeline design drafting
• Experience creating alignments, profiles, and surfaces
• Familiarity with national CAD standards and best practices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:
