Job summary

Wells is seeking a CAD Technician I to support production drafting and project coordination for precast concrete products. You will manage data flow from Revit to Concrete Vision, revise erection drawings, and prepare pour sheets to meet production needs.

The ideal candidate brings Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office skills, along with strong organizational and communication abilities to work both independently and within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans; solve problems quickly.
• Familiarity with general construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project data flow from the Revit Model to Concrete Vision.
• Revise erection drawings as necessary.
• Create/revise pour sheets for Production to produce each piece.
• Maintain Project Flow, following target dates as established by the D&E Team.
• Follow departmental standards and practices.
• Complete special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned.
