Merritt Precision LLC in Sweetwater, TN, is seeking a CAD Technician I to join the Manufacturing Engineering team. You will create and maintain 3D CAD models and engineering drawings, supporting production and documentation efforts in an entry-level role.
You will work with SolidWorks, Rhino, NX and other tools to produce production-ready models, assist with BOMs, and contribute to continuous improvement projects with a lean manufacturing mindset.

The CAD Technician I supports the Manufacturing Engineering team by creating and maintaining 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation. This entry-level position works closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to support production, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure accurate engineering documentation. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in manufacturing engineering.
