Job summary

CSEngineering seeks a CAD Technician to support a Department of Defense installation by maintaining accurate 2D and 3D drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D. The role emphasizes quality control of drawings and coordination with engineers and CAD/GIS staff.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required: NACI/SF85 (Public Trust).
• Associate degree or postsecondary certificate in CAD, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• At least two years of CAD technician experience.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D; experience with AutoCAD, Map 3D, Revit preferred.

CSEngineering is seeking a CAD Technician to support engineering, construction, and facility-record management activities for a Department of Defense installation. The ideal candidate will bring strong Autodesk Civil 3D drafting experience and the ability to maintain accurate 2D and 3D engineering record drawings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, update, revise, and verify technical drawings, plans, blueprints, and as-built documentation.
• Use Autodesk Civil 3D and other Government-approved CAD tools to produce accurate engineering and facility-record drawings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Map 3D, Revit, digital database management, and engineering or architectural drafting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of drafting theory and practice, including the use of survey, cartographic, architectural, and engineering data.
