Job summary

Times Microwave Systems in Wallingford, CT, is seeking a CAD & PLM Support Specialist to generate accurate drawings, models, and assemblies in SolidWorks, and to maintain product data in the PLM system. You will support ECOs, maintain BOMs, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure data integrity.

The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, revision control, and lifecycle support within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for 2D/3D drawings, parts and assemblies.
• Understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes for connectors.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and update high-quality 2D/3D drawings and models in SolidWorks for connector components and tooling.
• Develop assembly layouts, exploded views, and BOMs.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, tolerancing, and adherence to drafting standards.
