Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate project designs in conjunction with the design engineer.
• Create engineering drawings, layouts, change orders, etc. that clearly describe the project.
• Develop engineering calculations (structural sizing/rigging).
• Work with customers through design reviews and resolve calculation comments.
• Follow Petersen Inc. procedures regarding drawing control and change control.
• Check drawings created by other designers when assigned.
