Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an experienced CAD Manager to lead HVAC detailing on large commercial projects in Seattle. You will train staff, coordinate with Engineering, and ensure BIM execution plans are followed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CAD Management and HVAC Detailing/Design experience on large commercial mechanical projects.

• Train Junior Designers/Detailers on the Autodesk Fabrication Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM applications.

• Set up and maintain drawing packages per all new-project BIM Execution Plans.
