Job summary

Outer Armor is seeking an entry-level CAD Drafter to support its Engineering Department. You will create and revise CAD drawings and documentation, and assist with BOMs and engineering records as you gain hands-on experience.

This on-the-job training role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to company standards while supporting product development and improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certificate, or vocational training in CAD, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in drafting or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
