Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Vectorworks Architecture BIM Specialist to deliver detailed BIM workflows and CAD modeling for architectural projects on a remote, contract basis. You will apply Vectorworks expertise to support design development, documentation, and reviews.

The role involves capturing workflows, annotating models, and providing actionable feedback to help teams improve accuracy and efficiency while meeting project demands and standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Vectorworks in architecture or BIM-focused projects.
• Expertise in CAD, 3D modeling, or engineering design within the built environment.
• Prior participation in human data projects such as data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.
• Comfortable with screen sharing, capturing workflows, and providing actionable feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to architectural challenges.
• Familiarity with current architectural standards, BIM methodologies, and real-world project demands.
