Job summary

LeoForce in Johnson City, TN is seeking a CAD Designer with entry-level experience to join our tooling division. You will design cutting tools, review customer specs, and ensure ANSI/NAS compliance while meeting cost targets.

You will use AutoCAD and SAP to maintain layouts, develop process drawings, and collaborate with production and quality teams to deliver high-quality products at the lowest feasible cost.

Qualifications

• AS in Drafting/Design/CAD or 2 years of mechanical design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design cutting tools and ensure compliance with ANSI, NAS and company standards.
• Review customer specifications and sales agreements.
• Maintain design layouts in SAP and provide process drawings.
• Redesign products to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Develop working relationships with production and quality teams.
• Act as technical resource for field support and sales.
