Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of drafting or engineering experience.
• Proficient in CAD software; familiarity with database systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents; no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Create moderately complex erection drawings for EFCO forming systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve design issues and ensure drawing quality.
• Coordinate with project teams for clarity, scheduling, and alignment.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior drafters; promote consistent drafting practices.
• Contribute to the review and improvement of EFCO drafting standards and procedures.
