Job summary

AfterQuery is seeking a remote CAD professional for project-based work, with hands-on 3D modeling and drafting. You will handle modeling, drafting, and design-review tasks on a flexible schedule, committing 10–20 hours weekly on accepted projects.

You’ll produce models and drawings to professional standards, review existing designs for quality, and document your work clearly. This role suits experts who can work asynchronously and deliver high-quality CAD outputs for an early-stage, YC-backed

Qualifications

• Professional experience in CAD design, drafting, or mechanical/product design.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major CAD platform (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, CATIA, NX, or equivalent).
• Ability to produce clean, well-structured models and drawings to professional standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on technical tasks.
