Job summary

Baresque is seeking a detail-driven CAD Designer to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. Use SolidWorks and AutoCAD to turn concepts into production-ready designs, and prepare CNC-ready layouts for fabrication.

You will translate sketches, develop client-ready drawings, ensure accuracy, and collaborate closely with production and clients. Ideal candidates have 1+ year CAD drafting experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read architectural plans, with

Qualifications

• 1+ year CAD drafting experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with SolidWorks for 3D modeling.
• 1+ year experience using AutoCAD (2D).
• Familiarity generating DXF files for CNC cutting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.

Job Description

Design & Drafting

Create 2D/3D CAD drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Translate sketches and concepts into production-ready designs

Prepare CNC-ready layouts and DXF files for manufacturing

Operations

Develop client-ready drawings using approved templates

Ensure accuracy, structure, and efficiency in all design outputs

Improve processes and collaborate with production for seamless execution

Customer Communication

Coordinate with clients and distributors to process orders

Maintain clear, professional communication across teams

Qualifications

1+ yearsof hands-on experience withSolidWorks

1+ yearsof experience usingAutoCAD(2D)

1+ yearsof CAD drafting in a manufacturing environment

Preferred IT experience

Ability to read and interpretarchitectural plans

Familiarity with generating files forCNC cutting machines

Strongattention to detail, with the ability to work independently
