Job summary

Ellwood Crankshaft Group in Hermitage, PA is seeking a CAD/CAM Designer to support CAD modeling and CNC programming for Mill/Turns, lathes, and related CNC equipment at our Hermitage facility. Regular attendance, overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts may be required.

The role requires two years of MasterCam or NX experience, proficiency in SolidWorks or Siemens NX, and strong blueprint reading and math skills. Associates degree in CAD Drafting Technology preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in programming using MasterCam or NX.
• CAD/CAM design experience with solid modeling (SolidWorks/Siemens NX).
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Understand tooling and fixturing for CAM processes.

Responsibilities

• Create solid models from customer drawings.
• Develop tooling assemblies/drawings for shop use (metric or inch).
• Create CNC programs for Mill/Turns, Lathes, Mills, Grinders.
• Provide CAM programming support for multi-axis machines.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
