T&M Associates is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled CAD/BIM Specialist to join our Design Technology Team in our Columbus, OH office. This position will support the development, implementation, maintenance, and advancement of CAD and BIM technologies across multiple engineering and design disciplines , with a particular focus on helping expand and mature the firm’s BIM capabilities . The role requires a combination of office-based technical support, standards development, user training , and collaboration with project teams to improve digital design workflows .

T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $80,000-$103,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
