Job summary

Delve Underground is seeking a CAD Design Technology Specialist II to document and coordinate underground projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit. The role focuses on transportation and water conveyance, ensuring CAD/BIM standards and interdisciplinary coordination.

You’ll develop plans and elevations, coordinate with regional offices, and participate in CAD/BIM initiatives while maintaining QA/QC procedures and strong communication across teams. Based in California with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience using latest releases of Autodesk AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
  • Basic understanding Civil, Structural and Geotechnical design.
  • Basic understanding of drawing presentation & organization.
  • General knowledge of engineering mathematics and ability to perform basic engineering computations.
  • Organization and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify various data formats and utilize in CAD/BIM context.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Pay Rate: $68,159 - $123,584

Delve Underground is looking for a Civil/Structural CAD Design Technology professional who is proficient with Autodesk's AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit software. The successful candidate will be responsible for documentation preparation and interdisciplinary coordination of underground projects focusing on transportation and water conveyance.
