Job summary

Keystone Engineering Inc. is seeking a CAD Administrator to join our team in the United States.

The role focuses on technical CAD support for users, software installation and ongoing maintenance of CAD tools including CADWorx, Autodesk Plant 3D and related products. You will install, configure, and maintain CAD software, manage workstations, and assist with project deliverables requiring precise drafting and data management.

Qualifications

• Experience with supporting CAD products.
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory concepts, networking, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical CAD support to users and resolve software/hardware issues across Autodesk and third‑party CAD tools.
• Install and configure CAD software and versions.
• Maintain CAD workstations with patches and updates.
• Generate specifications with CADWorx and Autodesk Plant 3D.

Essential Functions:

• Technical CAD Support, includes providing technical support to CAD users, resolving software and hardware issues for various version of Autodesk and 3 rd party CAD software
• Software Installation and Configuration: Install and maintain multiple CAD software and versions
• CAD system maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance of CAD workstations including software patches and updates
• Spec Generation (CADWorx and Autodesk Plant 3d)

Requirements:

• Experience with supporting CAD products

• Strong working knowledge CADWorx, Autodesk Plant 3d, Autodesk Advance Steel, Autodesk Civil 3d, Autodesk Forma (ACC,BIM 360), Autodesk Recap, laserscans

Experience Preferred:
