Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a skilled IT professional to manage CAC/PKI and LRA operations, ensuring secure token issuance for daily Army tasks. You will train Army PKI Trusted Agents across the Pacific and ensure policy compliance with DoD, DISA, and NSA standards.

The role requires 2+ years in IT, a Secret clearance, and DoD 8570 IAT II certification. Onsite work at Fort Shafter, with opportunities to mentor others and support large scale PKI operations.

Qualifications

• BS or other combinations of years of experience, education and certifications.
• Required Experience: 2 years of experience in Information Technology field.
• Preferred: DoD LRA/RA PKI familiarity and helpdesk experience.
• Security Clearance Level: Secret
• Certification: DoD 8570 IAT II
• Required Skills and Abilities: Extremely Detail Oriented, Organization, Communication, Problem Solving, Leadership, Mentoring
• Preferred Skills: Management
• Location: On Customer Site

Responsibilities

• Provide CAC/PKI and LRA functions for creation, revocation, suspension and issuance of PKI tokens for daily operations.
• Provide training and support to Army PKI Trusted Agents (TA) in the Pacific region.
• Ensure PKI policy compliance with LRA and TA tasks per Army/DoD/DISA/NSA standards.
• Provide top-level customer support to Army Civilians, Military, Contractors, including VIP staff.
• Provide weekly task and situational reports to ADCNOMS leadership.
• Provide planning, design, development, and engineering support to the ADCNOMS project.
