Job summary

Belden is seeking an experienced machine operator to run and maintain cabling equipment on 1st shift. The role runs Monday through Friday, 4:30am to 1pm, with starting pay at $22 per hour. You will set up equipment, monitor quality, and ensure accurate production postings.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 1-2 years in manufacturing, plus the ability to read specs, operate multiple machines, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows manufacturing specifications to determine machine set-up, materials, and quantity.
• Analyzes product attributes and adjusts process to bring product to specification; provides feedback when corrections are needed.
• Sets up and runs various auxiliary equipment.
• Maintains personal and workplace safety for self and others.
• Completes paperwork and production postings accurately.
• Fulfills additional duties as assigned.
