Pike Electric LLC is seeking a skilled Cable Splicer to safely construct and repair energized and de-energized underground electrical systems, with travel to various job sites as required.
The role requires leadership on the crew, training apprentices, and performing live-line work with gloving and hot-stick techniques, while upholding rigorous safety protocols. You will report to the Foreman and prepare for outages, storms, and emergencies.
Position Summary
The Cable Splicer is a safety focused professional with the ability to construct and repair electrical underground systems. You will work on energized and de‑energized systems and may be required travel to different job sites, including out‑of‑state locations, as operational and customer needs dictate. You will report to the Foreman.
The compensation range for this position is between $37.01 - $47.99 per hour.

Work Environment
While performing the responsibilities of this job, you are frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. You are occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. You will perform job responsibilities in extreme heat, cold, wet, windy, and storm conditions.
