Job summary

Rexel USA in New Jersey is seeking a Cable Processor to join our Talley team in Carslstadt, NJ. The role involves preparing cable for Will Call orders and other shipments, including lagging reels, cutting cable, weighing and boxing cable.

You will participate in weekly company goals, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain safe, orderly work areas. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of warehouse experience with basic math and English literacy.

• Prelude Experience Required.
• Ability to read and write in English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lag reels, cut cable, scrap cable, weigh cable and box cable.
• Place reels on the winder.
• Keep the yard outdoors clean and orderly; manage reels to stay organized.
• Participate in weekly Company Big Goal meetings.
• Be open to change and stay calm in high-stress situations.

We are looking for a Cable Processor to join our Talley team in Carslstadt, NJ!

Summary:

Cable Processors are responsible for preparing the cable for orders for Will Call and all other orders.

What You'll Do:

• Lagging reels, cut cable, scrapping cable, weighing cable and box cable
• Place reels on the winder
• Keep the yard outside clean and orderly (if applicable, manage reels to be sure they are orderly)
• Participate in weekly Company Big Goal meetings
• Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations
• Additional job dutiesand responsibilitiesmaybe added at any time,as business needs may dictate
