Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Cable Processor to join the Talley team in Carlstadt, NJ. The role handles preparing cable for Will Call orders and other duties, including lugging reels and stocking tasks, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The position requires 1+ years warehouse experience and basic math; English literacy is essential. We offer a standard warehouse schedule and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Prelude Experience Required.
• Ability to read and write in English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lagging reels, cut cable, scrapping cable, weighing cable and box cable.
• Place reels on the winder.
• Keep the yard outside clean and orderly.
• Participate in weekly Company Big Goal meetings.
• Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
