Qualifications

• Ability to effectively lead a 3-person placement crew.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain a mini excavator.
• Ability to work from blueprints, and specifications.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver's license and meet Team Fishel driver qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of daily field reports
• Develops work-around procedures for maintaining crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.
• Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specification and industry standards
• Ensures safety practices are observed during their work
• Reports to Foreman
