Qualifications

• Previous IT Technician experience or IT Certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; understanding of data privacy and security.

Responsibilities

• Install network solutions in various commercial environments.
• Install, terminate, test, troubleshoot all category copper cable.
• Install, terminate, test, troubleshoot multi- and single-mode fiber optic cable.
• Dress and terminate distribution frames (66 or 110 blocks, patch panels).
• Install support structures (ladder racking, equipment racks, J-hooks, ceiling hanger rods, etc.).
• Install A/V and CCTV surveillance systems.
• Service calls for break fixes, moves, and changes.
