Job summary

4Wall in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a Cable Department Technician to check in returned orders, clean and coil cables, and stock them for rental. The role supports fast-paced operations and requires a willingness to follow directions.

You will pull cables for rental, perform basic repair and maintenance, and help build and organize the cable inventory. Lifting 75–100 lbs, and a high school diploma/GED are required; entertainment lighting experience is a plus.

We are looking for a Cable Department Technician to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing:

While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for checking in orders as they are returned, then cleaning, coiling and organizing the cables for re-stock. In addition, you will also be responsible for pulling orders for rental, as well as the general repair/maintenance and building of cable.

What you bring to the table:

Our ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and some customer service experience. Need to be able to take directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, without supervision. Experience in the entertainment lighting industry is preferred, but not necessary.As well as, a solid work background. Must have a high school diploma/GED and be able to lift 75-100 lbs.
