Masemp is seeking Cable Assemblers for the Hinsdale area. The role includes 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) with a potential 4-day schedule (5:30 am–3:30 pm) and 3rd shift (8:30 pm–7:00 am, Mon–Thu). This is a DIRECT HIRE position offering $18/hour with a $1/hour night differential.

Benefits include Health/Vision/Dental/Life, 401k with company match, and PTO after two weeks. Responsibilities include cutting, stripping, and attaching fittings to cables.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with good attitude.

Responsabilités

• Assist with assembly and wiring tasks as trained.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
