The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in cabinetry or similar products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Trueline offers a base salary of $65,000 to $100,000 and potential OTE of $125,000 to $160,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within cabinetry, countertops, or similar home interior products.
• Strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience working directly with residential customers.
• Ability to manage estimates, proposals, and project details accurately.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
