Job summary

American Woodmark Careers in Georgia seeks experienced Utility techs to produce quality cabinetry. You will fabricate, stain, paint, and finish cabinets and display cases according to drawings and specs, install hardware, and collaborate with the team to ensure on-time completion.

This role is for experienced cabinet makers, not an apprentice; you will help learn and contribute to restoration and finishing projects, using hand and power tools to trim and shape units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role.
• Proficiency in cabinet building, fixture installation and woodworking techniques.
• Ability to restore and refinish cabinets to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate/build, stain/paint, and finish cabinets and display cases per instructions and specs.
• Install hardware and fixtures on cabinetry.
• Perform repairs and restorations on existing cabinets and display cases.
• Measure, mark, and perform precise cutting and shaping with hand/power tools.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of cabinets and display cases.
• Use power tools and hand tools to trim and shape cabinetry as needed.
