Artisan Design Group (ADG) seeks a Multifamily Cabinet Superintendent to lead onsite installation of cabinetry, countertops, and trim under contract. The Multifamily Cabinet Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the success of onsite installations of kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, trim, and associated hardware under contract. The coordination of installations requires a combination of organization, paperwork, and communication with customer Superintendents, AWC Project Managers, and installation subcontractors.
The AWC Superintendent is required to pre-walk jobsites to ensure field dimensions, drywall finish, and mechanical rough ins (plumbing/electrical) are ready for cabinet installation and know how to react when conditions are not ideal. The Superintendent will also continuously coordinate installation methods to ensure quality and that proper millwork and cabinet installation standards are being adhered to. This requires a working knowledge of installation methods as defined by industry standards. The Superintendent will serve as the direct onsite liaison as a representative of AWC and is required to clearly communicate to both the customer and the installers on behalf of AWC.
