Responsibilities

• Apply spray, stain, paint, toner, and glaze finishes to cabinetry and wood products using a variety of finishing techniques.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, taping, and priming prior to finishing.
• Interpret finish samples and reproduce consistent color-matched results.
• Perform color matching, glazing, distressing, and other decorative finishing techniques.
• Operate, maintain, and clean spray equipment and finishing tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and color accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe finishing environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Finisher to join our team in Lansdale, PA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience applying paint, stain, toner, and glaze finishes to cabinetry or other wood products and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.

What You'll Do

• Apply spray, stain, paint, toner, and glaze finishes to cabinetry and wood products using a variety of finishing techniques
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, taping, and priming prior to finishing
• Interpret finish samples and reproduce consistent color-matched results
• Perform color matching, glazing, distressing, and other decorative finishing techniques
• Operate, maintain, and clean spray equipment and finishing tools
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and color accuracy

Skills & Experience

• Experience spraying, staining, toning, and glazing cabinetry, millwork, furniture, or other wood products
• Strong paint, stain, and glaze finishing experience required
• Experience color matching and reproducing custom finish samples
• Proficient in operating and maintaining professional spray equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a production environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Passion for woodworking and custom cabinetry craftsmanship

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous cabinet finishing, furniture finishing, millwork finishing, or related wood finishing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines

Physical Requirements

• At all times, employees are required to be fit for duty.
• Employees are required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Employees stand for long periods of time.
• Employees may work in loud work areas.
• Ability to wear respiratory protection and PPE for extended periods while spraying finishes.
• This position may require annual respiratory fit test.
