Clayton is seeking a Home Building Team Member to perform manufacturing production operations across departments, following standard methods and safety practices to maximize efficiency. Responsibilities include teamwork, maintaining quality standards, and safeguarding assets.

The role requires reading architectural and engineering drawings when needed, and a willingness to transfer across departments. High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Department Manager and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
