Modern Wood Renewal Llc is seeking a reliable wood refinishing technician in Tennessee to prepare surfaces, perform light carpentry, and apply cabinet finishes using HVLP systems. The role emphasizes customer interaction and teamwork in a busy home-services environment.

Ideal candidates have painting experience, enjoy hands-on work, and can lift up to 85 lbs. Work hours are standard Monday to Friday, with room for growth and ongoing skill development.

Responsibilities

Our technicians are the core of our business. They are the face of the company and deliver top of the class customer service and impeccable quality on every job by:

• Cleaning & preparing wood surfaces, including taping and masking off areas
• Light carpentry
• Spray and/or rolling finished cabinetry using our patented products and following our patented processes
• Utilize HVLP spray system to apply proprietary cabinet finishes
• General job site & small tool maintenance and cleaning
• Communicates and interacts well with our customers
• Ability to work well in a team environment
