N-Hance is an innovative and affordable cabinet and floor renewal service that renews wood cabinets and floors without dust, inconvenience, or noxious fumes associated with traditional refinishing methods. Established in 2001, N-Hance Wood Renewal has been franchising since 2003.

We are growing and looking for a full‑time Wood Refinishing Technician to provide year‑round, consistent work. No experience is required; we will train you in this trade.

Responsibilities

• Install refacing materials on cabinets, including applying veneer and laminates to cabinet exteriors.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing.
• Replace cabinet doors and drawers, ensuring precise alignment and fit.
• Spray cabinet doors, drawer fronts, trim, and built‑ins using HVLP systems.
• Perform cabinet refinishing and cabinet painting projects in occupied homes.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, repairing, and priming.
• Install cabinet refacing materials including veneer and laminate products.
• Mix and apply coatings properly for a smooth factory‑like finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and spray booth.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time with high attention to detail.
• Perform touch‑ups and final quality inspections before project completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless and professional experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen or bathroom cabinet refacing, or similar carpentry and installation work.
• Previous experience in edge banding.
• Proficiency in woodworking, including knowledge of tools and techniques for cabinet renovation.
• Ability to measure, cut, and install materials with precision.
• High attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle.
• Clean driving record within the past three years.
• Available 5 days a week Mon‑Fri between 8 am‑5 pm.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work at multiple locations.
• Understanding fine finish work.
• Can produce consistent spray quality.
• Takes ownership of projects and shows up on time.
