Job summary

14 Bertch Cabinet, LLC is looking for full-time Production Associates to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Waterloo, Iowa. In this role, you will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components, working as part of a team to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to use handheld tools and perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting materials up to 50 lb. Benefits include comprehensive insurance coverage, 401K plan, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements or calculate numbers.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to stand or walk up to 10–12 hours.
