Closet Factory - Indianapolis is seeking a skilled Factory Team Member in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, hourly position with a $16-$21 per hour range based on experience.

Benefits include dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company. You will assist in manufacturing and assembling custom closets and home organization systems, using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing of custom closets and home organization systems.
• Operate tools and machinery safely.
• Assemble cabinets, drawers, shelves, and components.
• Cut, sand, and finish materials.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
