Koch & Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead its woodworking team in Lansing. The role drives production activities, coordinating cabinet/woodwork projects, quality assurance, safety, and maintenance while meeting schedules and standards.

The Plant Manager will apply technical expertise, innovation, and leadership to optimize operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient, compliant, and safe manufacturing processes in a semi-custom cabinet environment.

Summary/Objective

Koch & Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Plant Manger to be part of their woodworking team. We are a fast-growing privately owned, semi-custom cabinet manufacturer. The Plant Manager will provide technical expertise, innovation and leadership to drive production activities for the division, including problem resolution, production completion, quality assurance, safety, maintenance, shipping and receiving.

Supervisory Responsibility

The Plant Manager oversees all production, maintenance, and clerical departments.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes and airborne particles (dust), moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud; hearing protection is provided. Employee must wear required PPE. The employee works in a non-air-conditioned facility and is exposed to hot weather.

Physical Demands

The employee is required to stand 8 hours per day, walk, bend, twist and reach. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
