Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Georgia is seeking an MB Picker to support on-time production by pulling parts from receiving and moving them to the lines. This role requires accuracy, pace, and reliable teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

You will follow safety and quality standards, prepare daily assignments, and train new associates. 1st shift runs Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:30pm, with overtime as needed. Staffing contact: [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Must be able to read & understand instructions and schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team with safety, productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-time completion of daily production requirements, including pulling parts from receiving/storage area and carting them to production lines.
• Must observe and follow all safety and quality standards and expectations in completing production requirements.
• Prepare daily assignments.
• Work overtime as required
• Train new associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
