Christian, family-owned cabinet shop is looking for a new team member to join our growing business. We offer a supportive, drug-free workplace building custom cabinets for our customers. Candidates must possess integrity and a strong work ethic. The work schedule is typically Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Fridays off. A valid driver’s license is required. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn the art of cabinet painting? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cabinet Painter Assistant to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

1. Assist in prepping cabinets (cleaning, sanding, masking)
2. Help with spraying, rolling, and brushing paint/finishes
3. Support setup and cleanup at job sites
4. Work closely with the lead painter and learn hands-on skills

Qualifications:

1. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
2. Attention to detail is a must
3. Willingness to learn and follow instructions
4. Previous experience is a plus, but not required
5. Must have transportation and be punctual
