Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Finish Carpenter, or Millwork Specialist.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power woodworking machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom cabinets and millwork to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans
• Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, and planers
• Perform precise measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining of wood and wood composite materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow craftsmen to meet production deadlines
