Job summary

Art of Drawers is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled Cabinet Installers with experience in installation and refacing. You’ll measure openings, install drawers, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship in customers’ homes.

This role offers a flexible schedule with strong earning potential, hourly pay between $50 and $70 depending on project efficiency, and opportunities to grow, with mentorship and potential to become lead installer.

Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet installation and refacing preferred.
• Carpentry or remodeling experience (1+ year preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Measure cabinet openings for custom products.
• Install pull-out drawers, pantry systems, and cabinet accessories.
• Perform cabinet refacing (veneers, doors, drawer fronts, hardware).
• Inspect materials and ensure quality installations.
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and professional job site.
