Job summary

Blue Mountain Woodworking is seeking an experienced Cabinet Finisher/Sprayer to join our team. We finish custom cabinetry and millwork to a high-quality standard, ensuring consistent color and finish.

This role involves preparing, spraying, and finishing cabinetry and related components with attention to detail. The ideal candidate has proven cabinet finishing and spraying experience, familiarity with conversion varnish, paints and glazes, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Previous cabinet finishing and spraying experience.
• Experience with conversion varnish.
• Experience with paints and glazes.
• Knowledge of proper surface preparation and finishing techniques.
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments throughout the finishing process.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
