About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Cabinet Finisher with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience painting and finishing cabinets. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, has a strong attention to detail, and understands the full finishing process from prep to final coat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cabinets for finishing, including puttying, sanding, and surface prep
• Prime and finish using airless sprayers and pressure pots
• Apply lacquer-based paints, pre‑catalyzed epoxy finishes, and water‑or oil‑based stains
• Maintain spray equipment and work area to ensure clean, consistent results
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency before installation or delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional cabinet finishing or furniture finishing experience
• Proficient with airless sprayers, pressure pots, and finishing equipment
• Strong understanding of different finish types (lacquer, epoxy, water/oil‑based stains)
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
